Shipping is free! Your Elowen Baby Purchase is shipped from Melbourne. Usually, you can expect your item in 2-10 days depending on where you live. You’ll be given a tracking number for your order so you can track it every step of the way.

We’re certain that you will love your purchase. But if you don’t, no worries. Just let us know within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll arrange for it to be returned for a full refund.

We deliver Australia-wide. You will be notified via email every step of the way from when we receive your order, to when it is heading your way and once it has been delivered. You can expect your parcel within 2-10 business days from when it leaves.

We are extremely confident that you will love your Elowen Baby Purchase. However, if it’s not suitable we do offer a 30-day returns policy where you are eligible for a full refund.

The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all the parts.

If your return item is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.
